Brian D. Finn
Brian has over 30 years of experience in financial services. His previous roles include Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Management Finance Corp., a private investment firm that owns stakes in investment managers, and Chairman and Head of Alternative Investments at Credit Suisse. At Credit Suisse, Brian previously was President of Credit Suisse First Boston, President of Investment Banking, Co-President of Institutional Securities, CEO of Credit Suisse USA and a member of the Office of the Chairman of CSFB. He was also a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Group. Brian began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of The First Boston Corporation (subsequently merged with Credit Suisse) and became Co-Head of M&A in 1993. He has advised on numerous transactions with a value in excess of $100 Billion.

John D. Howard
John has more than 30 years of private equity investing experience in the consumer products, retail, and industrial industries. He founded Bear Stearns Merchant Banking in 1997 and spun it off from JP Morgan as Irving Place Capital in 2008. Prior to forming Irving Place, John was the co-CEO of Vestar Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in management buyouts. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Partner of Wesray Capital Corporation, one of the foremost private equity sponsors and a pioneer in the leveraged buyout business.

Richard A. Keller
Rich is the Managing Partner of Rotor Capital. He has nearly 30 years of experience as an active investor, advisor and director to public and private companies at all stages of development. Rich founded Angler Capital Partners in 2004 to focus on investing in smaller, growing companies. Before starting Angler, he was a General Partner of Sandler Capital Management, a New York based alternative investment firm. Rich has extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, executing and managing private equity and venture capital investments across a broad array of industries. Before entering the private equity business, he was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch & Co and began his professional career as a corporate attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell, in New York.

Louis P. Kreisberg
Louis has more than 30 years of investing and advisory expertise across the insurance, finance, and technology sectors. Over his career, he has built an expansive network of partners and industry relationships, having worked with a wide variety of financial institutions, and advised many ultra-high net worth families. Louis started his career in the insurance industry, where he held leading roles at Guardian, John Hancock, American General, US Life and New York Life, where he served as Chairman of the Advisory Board. As a co-founder of Pioneer Wealth Partners, a multi-family office, Louis designs and structures innovative investment, tax, and insurance solutions. Prior to Pioneer Wealth Partners, he was a founding member of Park Venture Advisors, an investment advisory firm that partnered with several top European financial institutions to develop and invest in over $10 billion of insurance-based structured finance and derivative products. Louis is an active investor from seed to growth equity stage companies and participates in accelerating the growth of companies by providing his entrepreneurial perspective, substantial personal capital commitments, and a strong network of relationships.

Edward Y. Lee
Ed has over 20 years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur. He joined Angler Capital Partners in 2006, helping to source, execute and manage investments in both private and public companies. Prior to Angler, Ed worked as the CFO of ROKKAN, a New York City based marketing and advertising agency, now owned by Publicis. Earlier in his career, Ed worked as an investment Associate at Himalaya Capital Partners’ value-oriented, long-short hedge fund and early stage venture capital fund. Throughout Ed’s career, he has advised management teams on strategy and financial discipline in a variety of sectors including alternative energy, technology, education, digital media, and manufacturing.
